Qualified to do the job!
Locally owned and operated, Northland Transport is based in Kerikeri and has been operating for over 40 years. We have a core team of nine with specialist contractors available as required, including a Registered Drainlayer.
Our Director Bruce is hands-on in the business. He has a strong safety focus, an ethos which is shared across the company. Within the team we have a number of people who are qualified as:
- Site Traffic Management Supervisors
- Traffic Controllers
- Traffic Managers
- Safety Managers
- Qualified First Aiders
- Licensed Wheels, Tracks and Roller Drivers
We are pre-qualified through the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) and hold Transit NZ TQS1: 2005 Certification.
Managing Director - Bruce Buckland
Bruce has a background in Dairy Farming and has worked as a Farm Labourer and then a SharemIlker before joining the Northland Transport. He first worked as a Spreader Driver and then Sales Administrator, learning the business from the ground up before taking on a management role. Bruce is a qualified Site Traffic Management Supervisor and Traffic Controller and can often be found on the worksite.
